Your scans are your scans.

Plain answers about storage, access, retention and ownership. No badges, just the facts and who to write to.

Where files live

Uploads, processed tours and hosted viewers are stored in Cloudflare R2. Processing runs on servers we control; no third party receives your files for processing.

The marketing site you are reading and the hosted tours are served through Cloudflare's network. Tour data is served from the same storage, through a URL that is only reachable with the project link.

Encryption

All transfers use HTTPS (TLS 1.2 or newer). Stored objects are encrypted at rest by the storage provider. Hosted tour links are unguessable; a share with an expiry stops working at the time you set.

Who can see what

Your account owner and anyone you share a link with can open a tour. Nobody else can. Our staff open your files only when you report a processing failure and ask us to look, and we log every such access. We do not use your scans to train anything, and we do not sell or share them.

Retention and deletion

The original upload is kept for a grace period after processing so a tour can be rebuilt if you report a problem, then it is removed. A hosted tour stays as long as hosting is active. When hosting ends, the project stays downloadable for a grace period and is then removed.

Deleting a project from the project page removes the upload, the processed tour and all derived files. Backups age out within a grace period.

Ownership

Everything the platform produces from your scan belongs to you: the panoramas, the processed point cloud, the viewer folder and the hosted tour. The downloadable folder contains no license key and no call home. You may copy it, archive it, give it to a client or host it on your own servers.

Payments

Card details are handled by our payment processor and never touch our servers.

Reporting a concern

Write to [email protected]. Security reports are read by a person, not a queue, and answered as a priority.

Related questions

Do I own the output?
Yes. Every tour can be downloaded as a folder with an index.html on top and a data subfolder. It opens on a desktop by double-clicking index.html, with no server and no installer. You can keep it, copy it, put it on your own storage, or hand it to a client. Nothing in the folder calls back to us.
What happens if I stop paying for hosting?
The hosted links stop working and you keep every downloaded folder. We do not hold your work hostage. You can download a folder at any time while it is hosted, and for a grace period after hosting ends.
Where are my files stored and who can see them?
Uploads and hosted tours live in Cloudflare R2, encrypted in transit and at rest. Only you and the people you share a link with can open a tour. Our staff access files only to diagnose a processing failure you report. The full policy is on the Security and data page.
Can I delete a project?
Yes. Delete from the project page and the upload, the hosted tour and all derived files are removed from storage. Backups age out within a grace period.
