iGUIDE is the closest existing match on ownership: a downloadable tour that opens from index.html, paid per project. The trade-off is hardware. The service is locked to PLANIX cameras and does not accept E57 from Leica, Trimble, Faro or NavVis scanners, and its viewer is panorama plus floor plan rather than a point cloud or mesh dollhouse. An upload-and-own service differs by accepting survey-grade scanner data the customer already has.
